About This Tournament
Fight Night Masters is regular single elimination 1v1. Participate in the tournament to earn points and climb the tournament leaderboard. The top 16 players after the weekly tournaments will play a final tournament for a prize pool of €900! Additionally, the overall points leader after the weekly tournaments will receive a separate prize of €100! The winner of each Fight Night can add a map to the map pool. Admins reserve the right to deny crazy additions. We play on Friday, or on Saturday whenever possible. Pacific Series tournaments are hosted as part of Fight Night Masters League, but at a more convenient time for the Americas and East Asia. We're happy to see everyone who wants to participate, but it's desirable to have an OS above 25. Tournament Rules
The format is Single Elimination, all rounds are BO3 before the Final, which is BO5.
Map selection rules are:
BO3 : aBAN bBAN aPICK bPICK + alternating aBAN/bBAN until 1 map is left, where "a" = higher OS player and "b" = lower OS player.
BO5: aBAN bBAN aPICK bPICK aBAN bBAN aPICK bPICK + alternating aBAN/bBAN until 1 map is left, where "a" = higher OS player and "b" = lower OS player.
The point system for the Champions league is:
Champion = 8
Finalist = 5
Semi-finalists = 3
Quarterfinalists = 1
Participation = 0.5
The winner of each Fight Night Masters League tournament can add a map to the map pool. Fight Night adheres to BAR rules, for example the Code of Conduct (https://www.beyondallreason.info/code-of-conduct).
Any attempt at cheating will be brought forward to the BAR moderation team.
